Joe arrived on schedule even though he had a long drive from Lancaster and treated the affected area, but also hit other areas of the attic for good measure. So far, I have seen no further evidence of living termites.
Five years ago, when we discovered the original termites I called a well advertised company that also used orange oil, and two guys came out looked around, but would not go up into he attic space where most of the problem was, They promised an estimate in two days, which never came. When I called the office acted very confused and a totally different person quoted a price off the top of his head that seemed very high.
That was when I called Soldier Termite, mainly because they also use Orange Oil. Joe did everything right at half the cost the other company quoted. Termites are a constant problem in Los Angeles, and, if tenting is not an option, as was my case, I would not hesitate to call on Joe at Soldier Termite.

Extremely professional. The inspection, the paperwork and the treatment was all done as promised, with minimal inconvenience. Cost was very fair, compared to other quotes. Recommend highly.
