We had bought two cars at this place in the last 4 years: one pre-owned, and one brand new. Our last experience with the sales department is what has turned us completely away from ever buying another car at this place. We brought our car in to be serviced and inspected for trade-in value. The service to our car was OK, and so I cannot give them all-F ratings, but the sales experience was so deplorable that I must give them an overall F. After we left our car to be serviced, we then found a car we liked and told the sales person, Blake, that we would be back in a couple of hours. We came back 2 and 1/2 hours later which was more than enough time to look at our car and give a trade in offer. When we came back, Blake's first words were, "Did you make a decision?". I told him that my decision would be to get a price on my old car before I would discuss anything else. He took a very smart-mouthed tone with me and said that there had not been enough time to look at our car. I simply said that 2 1/2 hours was more than enough time, and we will think about dealing with this another day. As we walked away, he became a real smart-mouth and told me to come back when I was serious. I told him that I was more than serious, and then he started to ask, "Then why didn't you...", so I immediately cut him off. I gave him a few choice words in describing his attitude. Then I told the sales clerk that we were going to pick up our car and would never buy another car there again.
We were followed to the service area by a manager who apologized up and down. He then found another sales person to help us. They both promised me that they would bend over backwards to make us a great offer since we had been treated so rudely, especially as I am a disabled veteran who had been disrespected. Their promise was nothing less than a lie. I told them that I was originally ready to put more than 20% down on a new car so long as we were offered a fair price for our old one. However, especially since  my credit score is almost 800 with all three major credit reporting agencies, and also because of the way I was treated by Blake, I said that I would expect to pay $0 down and 0% interest for 5 years, and I wanted want they would sell my old car for as its trade-in value. This was obviously something that they could do, as the manager said that he would talk to his boss and call me back. I would have considered that enough to show that they were truly serious about "bending over backwards".
Now, I know almost exactly what the dealers make on a new Camry, according to Consumer Reports, and they still would have made six to seven thousand dollars on that sale. However, they never called me back. I called them two days later, but was then told that they wanted at least $5,000 down. I told them that I was not willing to do that, as people with my credit history get $0 down deals all of the time, and that they should re-examine the way I was treated by their sales person when we came in. Really, after treating a loyal customer with an excellent credit history like that? We were finished with Sierra Toyota sales at that point.
Well, that alone has cost them several thousand dollars and, after having heard nothing back for 3 months, I am reviewing the situation here and now. I would not want to see anyone else treated like that, especially another veteran. Maybe they will learn something if it hits them in the pocket book.

We dropped in, were met by a pleasant salesguy named Dominick who promised not to waste our whole day when we explained that we did not want that to happen.  Test drove one, he described and demonstrated everything we did not already know about Japanese cars.  Went to visit the tiresome finance guy who tried very hard to charge more than we wanted for a lease. We  were being polite but insistent that we were about to leave.  In contrast, lease contract female person who did the legal explaining and signing,  was efficient and friendly. Finally drove away with the new Camry, only had 3 miles on it when we test drove it.  Dominick was very efficient to get the car prepped quickly and us out of there with both iPhones' Bluetooth functions synched with the car so we can converse via the built in speaker hands free.  Would definitely recommend this dude to another customer.

I admit I am very hard to please when it comes to evaluating a service.  I won't write a complimentary review  unless I am really happy with what was delivered.  But Sean Preston, my service representative at Sierra Toyota, went above and beyond my expectations today.  He is always cheerful and pleasant to deal with, even if I am unhappy with my car.  I take my 2012 Lexus RX350 to Sierra Toyota in Lancaster rather than drive 45 miles to my nearest Lexus dealer, but I am convinced that the service that I get at Sierra Toyota is top notch.  Sean delivered my Lexus under his estimated time  to complete the work, and he even replaced our broken rear small red tail light with the replacement part that my husband had ordered months ago but never got around to installing.  Sean went above and beyond my expectations in completing our maintenance for less than the estimate too.  I am very happy with bringing my car to Sierra Toyota for whatever it needs.  Thank you, Sean!!!

Used to be very good but have gone downhill.
They only guarantee their work for a year and what they fix seems to go bad about 14 months later. I've had the same work done 3 times in 4 years.

,I take both my Lexus RX350 and my husband's Lexus SC300 to the local Toyota dealer in Lancaster because it is convenient and is closer to my home than is the Lexus dealer. The service department staff are usually prompt and courteous in checking you in for service when you make an appointment, as I do. I often choose to wait for the service to be performed and it does often run longer than they tell me. But they are professional, and I would rather they do the work in a safe and professional manner. When the auto service takes longer than you want to wait, they do offer you a ride to your home or place of choice. After the work has been performed, the service agent who wrote up the service sits down with you to go over any items that should be looked at and processes the payment while you sit with him or her. (Yes, some of the best agents are women!)
Both of my Lexus vehicles have been wonderful cars to operate so I don't have any complaints about unnecessary repairs. Almost all of the service has been routine service. So we do brake work when necessary, change tires when they show wear, change timing belts when they are due. Otherwise, it is routine oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
I am satisfied with their service and I do plan to go back.

This SR took good care of my Tundra and me and I was totally satisfied with the job the Service Department did, as I have been since my first of 4 visits to this establishment since the first in late 2011. One of the best things this establishment has done for us that no other (of the 3 I've used in Mesa, AZ; Farmington, NM; and Glendale, CA) was to offer me a car to use until our Tundra was ready. You have no idea how much easier that makes our day.

The company representative, Oscar Hernández, worked very closely with me. I knew what was going on all the time. I appreciate his professionality.

I also appreciate the added support given me by the General Manager.

I think very highly of the integrity and professionality of this dealership. But that's to be expected, isn't it? It is Toyota quality.

As usual I was approached immediately upon stepping on the lot. I said I was just looking and to my surprise I wasn't followed all over. When I had a question a salesman by the name of Jorge Chavez was very helpful. We compared several models and took a test drive. At no time did I feel pressured. I ended up buying the model 3. During this whole process my 7 and 9 year olds were very patient. It was late (9:00pm or so) when we finished and I took them to Jack in the Box for dinner. My wife was in our other car. After dinner she drove away and I couldn't get the Prius out of park. I tried over and over without success. My phone was dead so I couldn't tell my wife to turn around. I tried using a pay phone for the first time in years. It cost 75¢ and didn't work! Meanwhile, my daughter is freaking out. I finally used the phone in Jack in the Box to let her know what was going on then went back to the car to wait. Unbeknownst to me, she called Jorge on his cell phone. He was already at home. Before she could get back to me, Jorge pulled up next to us to help. Turns out that you have to push the brake BEFORE pushing the power button. If you push the power button first it turns on the accessories, but you can't shift out of park. I was quite embarrassed. If you are looking to buy a Toyota, go to Sierra Toyota and ask for Jorge Chavez. This guy is great!
