I found a product on Lowes website that was out of stock, I called the store to see if anyone had it locally. The associate was able to find and get the manager of the store to hold the gun safe that I wanted. I've been went into the store and paid with my credit card from the Lancaster store even though the product was in Burbank. That weekend I drove to the Burbank location and pick up my safe the product was good, and the customer service was outstanding.
