 + -1 moreI found a product on Lowes website that was out of stock, I called the store to see if anyone had it locally. The associate was able to find and get the manager of the store to hold the gun safe that I wanted. I've been went into the store and paid with my credit card from the Lancaster store even though the product was in Burbank. That weekend I drove to the Burbank location and pick up my safe the product was good, and the customer service was outstanding.
Description of Work: I called looking for specific product that was out of stock online kama the associate searched through the computer and found one for me at a local store. She then called the manager of the other store and have them hold the product for me, and informed me that I could pay for it over the phone so that I didn't have to worry about it being purchased before I got there.
