LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPPLIES

After firing my pool service provider we decided to do it ourselves. We went to Leslies to get the supplies we think we needed and the the staff there went step by step on what we needed without trying to seek us a million dollars of chemicals. We scheduled a leslies pool tech to come out and diagnose our pool. Our equipment is fine and needed to buy 60 dollars worth of chemicals and now out pool is nice and blue. They test our water for free and explain in detail everything we need to do it ourselves. We will ONLY use them for now on for advise and pool equipment repair and install.

The installer went right to work and found that he could get a part that would do the same job but for less money. His suggestion saved me about $50.00. Great work

First, my experience in the store was great. I asked a lot of questions about my purchases and I did not feel rushed at all. I earned a 20% discount by completing a survey earlier and my discount was honored even though I did not bring the printed coupon with me. The pump was a purchase I had planned. The Dolphin was not. Installation day and the installers arrived as scheduled. Installation was quick and the operation of my new pump was explained. During our conversation, I mentioned that I hated the Dolphin. It performed exactly as described but I did not like cleaning the cloth filter bag at all. We discussed an option that could work better for me. At the end, my installers handed me all my paperwork and spare parts as well as the bar code label cut from the box for future reference. Nice touch! I brought them water from my pool and then they would examine water and then told me what chemicals to use. Cody gave us all the product we needed. They had great customer service and were very knowledgeable. Chad the manager was also very helpful. They said if this did not work they would offer me a full refund.
