Called Justin to make appointment for estimate. He was prompt and courteous, also my little dog didn't have a barking fit around him. He gave me a written estimate and I said I would contact him. After a few days I contacted him to have the work done. He arrived on time with two assistants who did the actual work of installing the ceiling lights and switch plate. They were polite and professional like Justin. I couldn't ask for any better service. I really love my ceiling lights! Thanks to Justin and his crew! Excellent job!

We had 3 walls of power go out and the electrical panel would not allow to reset the breaker. I called Kill-A-Watt and the gentleman said he would have his men out that afternoon. They ended up running late due to another job they were on but he called me and advised of the situation and that they would be out that day. 2 technicians came out and went right to work locating the problem outlet. Once they found it, they replaced the outlet, and tightened the connection to the main panel which was tripping. They were very nice, explained what they were doing as they went along.
Very professional and efficient. I will be calling them for any future electrical problems!

From the time that I called until the job was completed, the time was approx. 4 hours (He was currently on a job and was about 45 minutes away.)

It went good.  I was just reading the review that everybody left and that was how I based my decision.  I think I called around to some other places looking at pricing.  They were the same as everybody else price-wise, it's just that they were available to come out right away.

They come when they say they will. Do good work. I would prefer a more itemized statement but I will continue to use them. Very happy with the work.

It went really well.  They were able to finish the entire job in about 5hours.  We noticed after they left that a wall outlet wasn't working and they came back ASAP to fix the outlet.  They also followed up a couple days later to make sure we were happy and to apologize about the outlet.  We will definitely use them for all our future electrical needs.

Justin was at my home for an estimate the morning after I contacted him and we set up an appointment to complete the work.  Justin and his crew were punctual, very clean, polite and professional.  My husband and I were very impressed with their overall professionalism, work qualify, cleanliness and reasonable prices. My husband asked for a few cards to give to friends if they ever need electrical work done.  We would definitely use Kill-A-Watt Electrical again and would feel good about referring any family and friends.

Called Justin at 9am on a Saturday and he came out within a few hours.  After assessing the job, he went and picked up the needed materials and was back within an hour to complete the job.   He was personable, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. Cleaned up after himself and provided a great all around service.  I'll call him the next time we need electrical work done.

He came over to assess the problem, told me what I needed, and -despite his busy schedule-  fit me in and solved my problems in very short order.  I was afraid that my freezer would go out (again... it had happened before) and all of the food would spoil.  He pointed out that it was on the wrong kind of outlet .  Within 48 hours, he ran conduit, installed a new  outlet and corrected my broken sprinkler valve problems.  Everything was taken care of. 
He clearly spelled out what I needed for the lawn system so that I could pick out the parts myself.  I probably saved a bit that way, as well.
Justin is a master at his craft: he seems to enjoy what he does and even teaches electrical work at the AV College.  I don't see that I will ever need to look for another electrician.

He is very prompt. He is very professional. His rates are very good. I recommended him today to a friend. He was johnny on the spot. I plan to use him again.
