I just use him for termites and he comes out and inspects once a year. Someone actually who did the ducts recommended them because they use the horned oil and I didn't want to use poison. I don't know if they are combined with other company or sold it. The customer service is good they call me every year to schedule the inspection as a part of my contract. The people that come out seem to be knowledgeable. They always do a very thorough inspection and that they find areas that need spot treating and they do that. I had no problems with them. They inspect or ask if I noticed any droppings or anything. If I have they will treat those areas. They go upstairs, up in the attic and they go under the house and underground and they make any recommendations if they found anything and spot treat. I haven't had too many problems I guess, if they had to do a lot and lot of work the $500 would be worth it. I haven't had any bad experience. They gave me a time window and their punctuality was pretty good.
