JBT Home Improvement did a good job. They were there on time and they did it very quickly. 

When my husband and I decided to remodel his 1920's house in Westwood, we were terrified because we had heard SO MANY horror stories about contractors. Because of this, we hired the only person that we could find that we believed could be reliable and trustworthy--he was the ONLY contractor that anyone we knew could recommend. Our friend had hired him after his first contractor had screwed up his remodel! We immediately felt comfortable with him. Before we even began, he took us to two other homes that he had worked on. We knew he wasn't the cheapest contractor out there, but he was TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY! He was reliable, honest, trustworthy, dependable--all qualities that are difficult to find in a contractor. We had more problems with 1 little subcontractor that we had hired to do a tiny closet (only a $1300 project) than we did with James! In addition, he has amazing taste and served as our "designer" as well. He would go to the tile store and spent hours picking out custom spanish tiles with us. Our remodel was a HUGE ENDEAVER and WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT! We completely remodelled a 1200 square foot home (originally 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) that included reframing much of the house. We also added approximately 400 square foot including the addition of a master bath and closet. New floors, doors, windows, recessed lighting were installed. Our custom, high-end kitchen with professional stainless steel appliances, granite counters, beautiful wood cabinets, and walk-in pantry is so beautiful that it belongs in a design magazine! We now have two beautiful showroom quality bathrooms with custom tiling, glass showers, and jacuzzi tubs. Throughout the house as well as on the front porch and back patio is beautiful custom spanish tiles. We also have a custom front and back patio, paver stone driveway and sidewalk. He did an amazing job with woodworking including custom crown molding, baseboards, door and window frames. He build an arch in the kitchen to match an existing arch. If you want a high quality, honest contractor that pays attention to details, contact James Blake! (He does work anywhere from Lancaster to Westwood to Marina del Rey.) We love him so much that we asked him to do our landscaping too! We would love to hire him to convert our garage into a custom studio! We TOTALLY TRUST JAMES AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! We don't get anything for recommending him, we are just VERY HAPPY with him!!!!!
