Upon contacting JB Construction, we met the next day for estimates. Jeff provided a very detailed and professionally prepared estimate on company letterhead. (My kinda company). The estimate detailed the scope of work to be performed, all cost involved and a very reasonable down payment amount. Required permits were pulled and approved prior to his beginning work and all work was completed within the timeframe prescribed. I met with Jeff three (3) times: 1. For the estimate, 2. To deliver the deposit check and 3. For final review and final payment. Jeff was on time, all the time (even when I was running late, he contacted me to let me know that he was at the site, awesome). The work that JB Construction provided was impeccable and worthy of this positive review. They came to me with "A" recommendations from other Angie's List member review, therefore I was able to make my choice with confidence...

I had to ask Jeff to fax me the estimate instead of just verbal and there were a couple of 1-2 day delays that I thought could have been avoided with better planning, but overall it was a positive experience. His crew the 2 Pepes were friendly and polite and did a great job.

The Alumi-wood patio cover we wanted was a bit unusual due to the extended length of it and the fact that is had to be custom built to fit around an extended french door and windows area.

He showed up on time for the estimate appointment, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and had the best price of the four companies we interviewed.

The installation crew showed up at the time scheduled, did a great job, were very neat and clean, and actually finished ahead of schedule.

It went perfectly from start to finish.

Jeff showed up on time for the estimate, was very through and professional, and his price was the lowest of the three that we got. The installers also showed up on time, were very professional and accomplished, and finished the project in one day. They were also very friendly and courteous. We are very happy with the finished patio cover and would definitely use them again.
