Property Management
They get paid based on a percentage of the rental payment. It was difficult to get the work done. We felt like we fell through the cracks. They took the money from the rental and the rental was no longer occupied. From a business prospective they were not an easy business to work with. We felt like they didn't do anything they should have been doing, and as a result that house got badly damaged and vandalized. It was only after I called them and asked questions that they actually stepped up and did what they were supposed to be doing.
