They found that our home contractor had miswired the switches for the fan. He was able to quickly identify the problem, make the fix, and then helped me test once I had rewired the fan. Very fast and painless, and actually didn't charge as much as he might have because it was such an easy fix.

I was so impressed that I also asked him for an estimate on some other work I needed done, and his estimate of cost and time was very reasonable, so I'd see using them again in the very near future.
