Chad was very kind and knowledgeable. Did a water heater change out quick. So funny too.

There was a very complex project; many items. Two plumber came out and got most of them done. The owner comes out initially, he was not the one who did the work so I suspect something may have been lost in traslation. Very competent and honest.

They were the best price and did everything they said and more and was still the price they quoted me. I'm very happy

As for my experience, they had the best explanation of their course of action regarding the problem and it proved true as they resolved it.

Everything went perfect, he finished the job within a reasonable time frame and everything worked, I had a shower valve replaced, no problems, the worker was friendly, not sure if it was over priced because i didn’t shop around :)

If there was an event for Team Plumbing in the Olympic Games I'd enter Chad Micheal's Professional Plumbing. They just completed a very tough job for me and did it in an impressive manner. I asked Chad to replace a sewer line from our home to our septic tank. We live on the side of a hill and the septic tank to serve the lower floor is 8 feet deep. That means a trench starting at about 5 feet and ending at close to 10 to get down below the septic tank entry plumbing. Five guys showed up at our house right on time and went on the attack to dig in the rock hard decomposed granite. It was like watching a ballet. Each team member clearly knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The cooperation with each other and the anticipation of and preparing for the next move was remarkable. Chad did the final hook up to the house and tank himself. I have no idea how he could get that done down in a trench 10 feet deep with the walls literally at shoulder width. He passed the PVC pipe and fittings up and down with the surface crew for trimming or adjustment until he was satisfied everything lined up exactly right. Outstanding! Naturally the Team had a couple of the normal unforeseen curve balls thrown that they had to deal with. As it neared the end of the day Chad said to me, "Don't worry it will be hooked up in a temporary configuration so you'll have full indoor plumbing tonight." And we did as the Team completed the final elements using flash lights and a drop light! At 8:36 they announced competition and we could flush the toilets again. No one will ever set foot on our property with a pipe wrench other than Chad Micheal's Professional Plumbing. They are now our "Go To" guys and I recommend them without reservation.
