A/c stopped cooling Thursday night. Went online, booked an appointment for the very next morning. Tim, my technician, showed up promptly and got to work. Explained clearly what he was doing, and gave tips on how to upkeep the unit. This was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a repair company. I hope you all have the same experience.

Anytime I have a heating or Swamp issue Charlie is there to help. I have worked with many businesses but this team is by far the best at what they do as well just being there for questions. I have never met a better staff then at Arctic air. From Josh in the office, Charlie and Fabian and sorry can remember all the names but they are AMAZING.. Day or night If I had an issue they where there for me. Thank you guys!

Great prices and great service. Needed help and service manager Charlie Johnson was able to fit me in on a really hot weekend!! Got my ac fixed for a great price and even showed me the things that were broken. Really nice to know the little things that needed to be fixed. Super professional. Definitely recommend!
