Took my cat in with a bad laceration on his rear leg. I wanted to have it evaluated to determine if stitches were necessary. Wait time was insane! waited at least 1/2 hour just to get into an exam room; then another 1/2 + before the vet came in (if you're not going to tend to my pet don't stick me in an exam room and make me think that you're going to assist me!). Then they would not allow me to attend to my cat during treatment. Waited well over 1 hour after they took my cat in the back for treatment. All to simply clean/disinfect my cat's wound. no dressing, no stitches. I was there for almost 3 hours! I cannot evaluate the staff's responsiveness as they would not allow me to attend to my cat during treatment. Will think twice before I return. Pricing was very reasonable - albeit expensive.
