Finally, a company that cares about their customers. Jeremee came to look at my old wall heater and see if it could be fixed. He took the time to look through everything and thank God he did. He checked for CO and sure enough it was emitting that. He said we needed a new wall heater which I agreed. I received a reasonable quote. This morning right on time Tony and Francisco arrived. They put in my beautiful new wall heater and thermostat. All my questions were answered and everything about what they did, what they put in etc was explained to me. I have not seen a company put forth so much extra attention to details in forever. This is the only company I will be using and if you are reading this please do not waste your time on any other company. Affordable Air Inc is the only company worth your time.

It went well, quick and very friendly. Jeremee came on time and wore a mask, he was kind, and did a good job.

We called Affordable Air & Heating this morning and received an appointment for this afternoon. The service manager Anthony Gonzalez came out and did the work.He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and make repairs in about an hour and a half. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. And made sure everything worked before he left. Will definitely use them again if any future problems arise.

Great. Jessy came out and confirmed what we thought. AC was done. It was original to house 22 years old. He checked it out and out furnace. Made a suggestion to replace furnace too which was also original to the house. He came out on a Sunday to do this for regular fee. We called Saturday afternoon. Due to Holiday in middle of week ( wed) and previous appointments they could not do the work till the following Thursday. 4 days later. They came right when they said they would and installed new AC and Furnace and were done 5 and a half hours later. Quick, and with utmost professionalism. Tommy and Anthony answered all our questions and made suggestions to keep new units in good shape.We have only had central air for 3 years ( before that a swamp cooler and wall heater). We didn't know a lot of the things they mentioned. LIke right filters to buy and how to keep the AC from working too hard by letting the house get too hot. Great company to work with.

Timely and professional. The technician showed up 90 minutes after we called them (on a Saturday evening) and he was able to identify the issue and solve it in 30.

Anthony from Affordable Air in Lancaster, CA arrived during the scheduled time. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it right away. Very personable and explained the problem fully and gave an estimate before conducting the repair. Very courteous.

Called at 8:00 a.m. and before 10:30 a.m. all work was completed. The part that I needed was on hand. My ac is back to working. Extremely happy with service.

i booked the call with Lori . my furnace was not heating at all. i even
tried putting in a new thermostat in which i failed miserably. she sent
out Jeremy , in which he called when he was on his way which was very
nice. he was out within a hour. came in a nice service truck in which i
knew this was a good company to start with. he was very professional
from the start. he explained that my hvac unit has some maintenance
concerns in which i needed to address. after finding that my gas valve
had a failure he explained different options for me in which i could
take to either fix the furnace or replace it . he gave me different
pricing. Jeremy also re wired my thermostat for no additional charge
after i screwed it up. he diagnosed the problem within 15 min which i
thought was pretty impressive . he carries alot of gadgets in his
service bag that seemed to very useful in his troubleshooting techniques
. so we decided to replace the gas valve , in which he also upgraded my
gas piping so it would be earthquake safe at no additional charge ! i
was very happy had me warm in no time.they also waived the service fee
which was also great.

They got all the work done in one day. I was happy with their work and they had an affordable price.

There was a gasket where my wires went from one part of the heater to another part the gasket got pushed out and the wires touched the side where the gasket was and caught fire. Something so small yet it killed my heater.

I called and requested an inspection of my AC condensing unit. The service agent arrived in the time frame promised and was very thorough in explaining the problem and the options available. He then provided a written estimate of the proposed work. I subsequently hired them to install a new unit and was extremely pleased with the promptness and quality of their service and the professionalism of their personnel.
