Work was done at one of my rentals.  Tenant reported A/C not working.  Robert  found that a breaker had been tripped.  He repaired the condenser, wiring and replace the filter.  I use Robert for most of my rental repairs.  I've found him to be particularly effective with service maintenance related issues. I've found Robert to be honest and fair.

I  called on a Friiday nigh when  my A/C went out.  Robert answered the phone and said he had several jobs on Saturday but would do his best to get to my house Saturday afternoon.  He called before arriving and quickly began troubleshooting the AC; found that it was a circuit breaker problem.  I told him I had tried the cirucit breaker, but when he worked on it, it began to work.  He did not charge his usual service fee.  Robert have previously repaired the AC unit two years prior and I was remiss in not
sending a review, but his service has been top notch and honest. 

.I called Robert on Sunday. He was closed but returned my call in 15min. He said he would come by Monday between 10-11am
he was at my door at 9:15am. He checked out my system and determined that my blower motor was bad. He left and was
back in 30min with new motor. replaced old motor and took the time to clean out my system. Checked everything and was
finished in about one hour. Like last time I called him in 2011. he did a great job and I am very satisfied . Robert does a
great job and is very prompt. I would not call anyone else for Air conditioner  service.

My motor burned out at 2:30 on Saturday. They arrived by three, diagnosed the problem, picked up the motor before the store closed and had it installed by 6pm. I was thoroughly impressed and will continue to use these guys. The times are approximate as I really only remember that I was desperate and they got the work done quickly and without gouging me. I'm not used to dealing with such an businessman. It's refreshing.

They never showed up and they never called.

My swamp cooler was still under warranty, but the installer couldn't get to. me for a few days. With the heat so oppressive, I couldn't wait for the installer. Robert came early in the morning the very next day after I called him. He was friendly and very efficient. Not only did he replace the motor that had been delivered, but also he removed some of the dirty water that had collected in the bottom of the unit and oiled the bearings, both without my saying anything. More importantly, he explained some "need-to-knows" about swamp coolers, so I can be an informed consumer and know how to oil the bearings and when and how to replace the belt. I found that info to be very beneficial. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Air Conditioner went out on a sunday night. We called at 9:00 AM Monday morning in hopes of getting someone out to take a look at it in the next day or so. Robert Acdan took our call and the information of what was going on with the A/C unit. He got our address and said since we are in California City and he is in the Lancaster / Palmdale area he would be out by or before 1230 that day. He arrived at our home took a look at the unit told my husband what the problem was, what need to be done to fix it and how much it would cost. My husband agreed to the fix and the and the amount to fix it. He had him paid and he was on his way to is next Job. This was all accomplished by 1045 AM. He not only arrived earlier than anticipated, he had completed the work. He is very professional and We would HIGHLY recommend him to all our Neighbors and Friends. he does great work, expeditiously. Robert thank you again for fixing my A/C. I really didn't want to have to come home from work to house that was 90+ degrees.

I called a few HVAC contractors to give a bid on installing a new Swamp cooler. Robert gave me a very detailed bid and his price was very competitive so I decided to try his service. He showed up on time on the day of installation and was extremely professional. I highly recommend him.

He came over on time and ready to get started right away. After a thorough inspection of my inside unit he discovered the problem. I was given an estimate and although he did not have the specific part I needed on hand he was able to have it the very next day. Due to a scheduling conflict I had to push it back another day and he was very willing to work with me in rescheduling. When he removed my blower, in order to replace the motor, he noticed it was dirty and took it upon himself to clean it and my filters for me. I saw him double check all his hardware installation and wiring before he put the blower and motor back in it's place. He then double checked all the functionality of the unit, both cooling and heating, and checked the freon. He was professional, yet friendly and down to earth. An obvious hard worker with a lot of initiative. Over all a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend him and will be definitely using him again.

My air conditioner unit outside stop working. It was about 101F. outside. I looked on Angies List and picked a company to call.
I called about 9pm. He came to my house at 7:30am Saturday. Fixed my unit in about 15min. Replaced a part and fixed some
wires. I was very happy with his work. I thought it would cost much more.

Wow! Absolutely great service, very thorough and obviously knowledgeable. Says he's been doing this for 20+ years. Very polite, and professional. You will not find him in the AT&T yellow pages, but he's in the Business listings (or here, of course).

My elderly neighbor first consulted four a/c contractors for a quote, and I sat in on the interviews to assist him in his decision with replacing two HVAC units (big house). When asked my opinion, I felt that Robert the owner from Access was the most knowledgeable and fair. He didn't try to push high end products, but provided a range of equipment to price quotes for the homeowner to choose. His quotes were comparable to the other quotes and he just spoke like he was NOT full of BS. My neighbor was happy with both his work and his price. I needed to relocate my HVAC unit up into the attic space to get the noisy return air duct away from my TV. This was not a problem for Access. Again Robert provided me with a range of prices and equipment for me to choose as to my budget. I was in particular need to get the work done because my heater was not working and I didn't want to spend money on it. Robert fixed my unit at no charge with used parts while I was making my decision. NICE. I got three quotes, Access again was comparable. I pulled the city permits and he went right to work. He and his crew were prompt and cleaned up daily. They minimized the mess as they worked, keeping dust to a minimum. All old equipment, ducts and trash were removed by them and not in my trash. The install looks very professional and clean, like they knew what they were doing. I think Robert is a slight perfectionist and over saw each aspect of the job. The only delay was an intentional one, the condenser unit for the cooling side of the system was not put into service because it was too cold outside to do accurate charging of the refrigerant. Robert came back in 60 days when the weather started to get warm. He called me to set the appointment! The city inspector signed the final approval and found no problems. The system works great.
