Provided a fair price. They came out and were able to replace our heater on the same day. They were able to get the some of the other needed parts during the time of installation. They also fixed the ducting system.

Great! And they honored an expired deal.

Came out right away, looked at unit and told us what the problem was. Gave us a quote, ordered the parts and came back in 2 days to fix the ac unit.

They didn't contact me in a week, I have to call them.The check itself lasted less than 10 minutes and the guy didn't go in the attic, just stayed on the ladder. In previous years the furnace had been checked and it took way longer than the 8 minutes this year. I didn't get any receipt or any proof the check has been done. I hope the furnace runs OK but I won't hire this firm again.

Great. On time. I think it was a good job, there was nothing to fix, just the annual check up. Told me one thing to look out for. Good job.

I called on Dec 21st and they came out that day to check my water heater. After looking at it, they determined I needed a new pilot kit. Rick had the phone number to GE warranty in his phone and gave it to us so we could call and get the part. He did not charge us for this visit and told us to order the part and he would come back and install it for us. The part came the next day. I called him to tell him the part was in and he was back at our house within 2 hours of the call. He installed the part in about an hour. This is the second time I have used them and they have been prompt and professional each time. I would highly recommend this company and I will call them for all my heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.

Someone came out for a estamet and never got back to me. Also this person was very biased against Carrier because it was manufactured in Mexico.

Rick came out and checked out some old wall gas heaters that I was concerned about for safety.  This is an in 8 unit complex.  He installed new safety devices and fixed the ones that were not working. Later he came out again FREE when some started to develop other propblems.   He was terrific, honest, on time, truthfull and reasonable. He was polite and very fast working. I was very pleased with his professionalism in a time when your not sure what your going to get. Don't waste an inspection fee on someone you don't know. Call Rick.

Rick was on time, did excellent work and costs matched the estimate.

I signed up for a recurring service plan.

Had a nasty clog in the Master Bedroom shower stall.  Had tried Drano and the like but it was not effective.  We also tried to snake it ourselves but had the same result.  Western send a plumber out here and he dealt with it in no time.  Excellent work!

I worked with Western Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing to schedule the date and they showed up on time and unclogged the drain on my bathtub. The entire service took less than 5 minutes and I couldn't be happier.

He was good, he was helpful and he showed me what he was doing and explained why he was doing it.  I told him I was interested in having an estimate and knowing how long it would take if it needed fixed; he was good to make sure and tell me that as long as we keep our foliage trimmed away from it, it seemed to be in good shape and I am very happy with the service.  He was honest, too, which I liked.
