It went great! He and his helper were here 20 minutes after my husband called him - on a Saturday late afternoon/night - to unclog our 30' long storm drain pipe along the side of our home, which was clogged up with palm tree roots and what-not. The clog prevented rain water from flowing down to the street and away from our home.
$169 for about 45 minutes of work might sound high but on a Saturday night -- right before another big rain storm -- I'd call them again!!

The plumber arrived on time and determined that there was a slow leak under a clap near a recirculating pump. The leak was in the wall. He removed a small section of the plasterboard to get to the leak. He repaired the leak and then cleaned up the area.
