Pool and Spa Servicing
Pool Concepts Unlimited has maintained my pool for many years. After 30+ years we decided it was time to replace some of the original equipment. The old heater was dead. Randy explained the various options and we decided on a new more efficient heater. The heater was installed, the old one hauled away in about 4 hours. Since I am not mechanical, he took time to explain how the heater works, how to switch between the pool and the spa, and provided tips on how to get the best from the new heater. Randy labeled the valves indicating the proper direction needed and even provided pictures. So, helpful as I am a visual learner. I love my new heater. I am not afraid of this one the way I was with the old one. (Much easier to use). For weekly maintenance, repairs and replacement of old equipment Pool Concepts Unlimited is the best!
