On time. Good communication. Professional. Excellent tools. Knowledgeable. Because of the foregoing, Norris was able to clear the stoppage in about 2 minutes. Would not hesitate to employ him again.

I have written great reviews of Norris before, but that was when he was my plumber of choice at another company. When I called that company (who I still like btw - nothing against them at all) and found that he had left, I was devastated to the point of eventually googling "Norris" (i never knew his last name) "Plumber" and any other key words of which I could think until I found him and his now own fine establishment. He had done all sorts of plumbing work at my house ... including episodes with everything from fixtures to drains to alternate cat genie plumbing (that's another story). He's quick, personable, fair, honest and loves what he does/loves taking care of the customer ... so when a part under warranty stopped working on a hot water heater Norris has installed a few years ago, I had my other half call him (he also likes Norris a lot). Yes, it was something any plumber could do, but now that I had re-found him, I wanted Norris.
So this story is isn't very exciting work wise (after all it was just installing a part) but there have been others plumbing-wise in the past that have better utilized his talents. He's GOOD and FAIR and RELIABLE.

I learned on Thursday that my tenant's water heater had died. I called Norris on Thursday afternoon and he was at my place replacing the water heater by 7 am on Friday. I think that is the definition of responsive!

Norris has been "my" plumber for years. He runs a one person shop so when you call him, he is the "tech" who shows up and does the work. He is very responsive and very honest. He explains the problems and solutions in detail. If there are options that will save me money, he always explains them. He never overcharges and explains his charges in detail. I have recommended him to several friends who also swear by him.
