We haven’t received a home yet. I feel that they work as a pair. When one focuses mainly on the paperwork, the other one focuses on the interaction side. They are very easy to get along with. They both seem very thorough and they care. They helped us buy a house worth $355000. They were very flexible about meeting our requests. If there are hassles, they are very easy to work with while doing all that. They have commission paid by the sellers and there was technically no price for me.
