SAM WAS ON TIME, EFFICIENT, AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE DOES GOOD WORK. HIS CHARGE PER SQUARE FOOT INCLUDING THE COST OF THE MATERIALS WAS HALF THE COST OF THE TWO OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. HE NORMALLY WORKS THE NORTH COUNTY AREA AND WAS VERY UP FRONT ABOUT THAT FACT, BUT I OFFERED TO PAY HIS TIME/EXPENSE TO EAST COUNTY AND HE ACCEPTED THE JOB. HIS TRAVEL EXPENSE IS INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR WORK.
