INTEGRATED FITNESS SERVICES

I paid $1424 for treadmill & elliptical repair. No contact from company in 5 weeks despite repeated email and voice mail messages. I authorized my elliptical and treadmill to be repaired on 11/4/2014 by the technician from Integrated Fitness Services. I used my Master Card to pay. He said I had to pay upfront to cover the cost of the parts and for the labor. I questioned him on the labor and he said it was easier to pay both upfront vs. having billing issues in the future. I did not question him further because I had used his company and him on three prior services during the last year with excellent success, follow-up and no issues. He said to expect for the parts to be installed in roughly two weeks or by 11/20. I called the technician approximately a week after the purchase to follow up on the repair date. He said the part was on order and to expect to have the service completed by Thanksgiving (11/27). He also said to contact his customer service department to set up the appointment. I called them at 1-888-560-4374, left a voicemail and did not receive a return phone call. I also contacted the technician and did not receive a response from him. I contacted the company by phone and email on 12/1 and did not receive a response. I have repeatedly called them and left voicemails along with sending emails with no response. I have repeatedly contacted the technician by phone and text with no response. I attempted to call their phone number in Stanton at 714-903-2195 and it has been disconnected. Do not use this company. I believe they are out of business.

THE WEIGHT STATION WAS SENT IN HUNDREDS OF PIECES AND WOULD HAVE TAKEN DAYS FOR MY HUSBAND TO PUT IT TOGETHER. THIS COMPANY SENT TWO MEN OUT AND IT WAS TOGETHER IN 3 HOURS.
