I have been using him for years and highly recommend him. He is very ethical and great with his pricing. He backs his work up, if something is wrong he will come out and fix it.

Before starting to clear the clog, he told me the trap may break and that the snake may punch a hole in a weak spot in the sewer line. He had his apprentice snake the line, while he went under the house looking for a problem, which of course he found. I chose not to have the extra work done, and only a half hearted attempt to clean up spatter from the snake was made. I felt he came to sell expensive repairs, not to fix a minor problem.

He has done great work, family owned. Ran into a few problems but kept me apprised.

Great job. They completed the job in one day on the day scheduled. The new water shed is outside the house and looks good. The water heater is great. No more running out of hot water! They also did a great job coordinating with the city for all the permits and inspections.

They replaced old Price Phiyser faucets that had wore out. They were able to find faucets that matched our old faucet in the sink and shower. Also fixed our old toilet that would not flush properly. They cleaned out the water line inside the toilet to increase the flush power. Now it works like new.
