IT WAS AN "A". THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE, PROMPTNESS, COURTESY OF THE TECHNICIAN AND THE PRICE WERE ALL GOOD. FOR EXAMPLE, THE TECH EXPLAINED THAT A NORMAL HOUSE COSTS $100 DOLLARS, BUT WHEN HE CAME HERE IT WAS A MINOR ADJUSTMENT INSTEAD OF A FULL REPAIR SO HE DIDN'T CHARGE THE FULL 100 DOLLARS. HE DIDN'T CHARGE THE STANDARD HOUSE AMOUNT BECAUSE THE SERVICE HE DID WAS NOT A FULL SERVICE.
