They were very prompt and responsive when it came to getting us an estimate. From there, the entire experience was VERY BAD. To start, they misquoted us (25 year vs 20 year roofing) and they did not discover it until after we had signed a contract and they had started ordering materials. They said they would give us a certain dollar amount in a price break but then we got our bill and it was the original price. So, we had to argue with them over what they stated they would provide and what we actually got for our money. Then, we had pointed out roof leaks and several areas of possible dryrot when we had them do the estimate. They do the roof and LEFT those boards intact! They replaced one perfectly good board that they split during roof removal BUT WE HAD TO PAY for it. We had their sales guy look at it after roof completion and he didn't know why they didn't notice the obviously dry-rotted boards. Months later, we are still waiting for the new estimate and getting the work redone.

IT WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A ROOFING COMPANY TO COME OUT AND INSPECT MY LEAKING ROOF. THE AVERAGE WAIT WAS FOUR TO SIX MONTHS! WITHEROW CAME OUT IN FOUR WEEKS. I WAS SHOCKED THAT HE NOT ONLY INSPECTED THE ROOF THAT DAY BUT REPAIRED IT AS WELL. I ASSUMED I'D GET AN ESTIMATE AND HAVE TO WAIT SEVERAL MORE MONTHS FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. ALSO, HE FOUND THAT THE 'HIP AND RIDGE' NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT A LATER DATE. TOOK PICTURES OF WORK TO BE DONE, BUT DID NOT GIVE ME A HARD SELL. WILL DEFINITELY USE WITHEROW AGAIN.
