Quality of work was exceptional

I have had cats for years and they have made a mess of my leather couches....I called Mike and he told me honestly that 2 chairs were write offs, but he could repair my sectional scratches for $300 and recommended re-staining my older leather couch to hide the scratches and even the color out which had faded from wear and the sun ($1100).  He did an amazing job.  I found him very fair and responsive.  

I called Mike initially Tuesday. He asked that I send a photo via his website so he could provide an accurate quote. By Wednesday morning I had a quote. Quickly we coordinated a service date for Friday. Mike called me Friday morning to confirm the appointment. Mike and his assistant arrived on time. They surveyed the work and quickly put down drop cloths to protect the house. Mike's assistant cleaned the couch while Mike expertly rebuilt the damaged welting on the couch. He covered the damaged leather areas. He blended the color from the repaired area into the overall color of the couch. They cleaned up and left no mess behind. Work was done as quoted. The couch looks like new. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work and the work of his assistant.

We recently purchased a beautiful high-end leather chair and ottoman at an estate sale for a song. Unfortunately, sections of the chair had color loss from sun fading and some heavy oil accumulation from a pet. Mike Turner came to our rescue and worked his magic on our chair and ottoman.  He did an amazing job of color matching the leather, and by the time he was finished the chair looked brand new.  Mike was professional, courteous, and honest. Thank you, Mike.

Larry did the work, quietly and effectively.  He applied both paint and polish to bring the old leather back to what looked like new.

The sofa is approx. 15 years and has had lots of wear and tear as the kids grew up playing on it. The aging lines of wear were cleaned and treated. The torn seams were sewn together and the finished product looked fresh, bright and beautiful. There were no dark cracks in leather. The gentleman who did the work carefully laid out rug protection covers, had all the tools in a caring case and worked non stop for 5 hours. The cost was worth it and there is no need to replace our comfy family room sofa.

We contacted Mike the owner of Total Leather Care and he returned our call in less than 24 hours. Very professional and easy with which to communicate. He requested that we send him pictures via email, of what needed to be done. Not sure that sofas were able to be fixed, he still was optimistic and we sent up a time for his company to come out and try to fix tears and re- stain. We had tried doing so ourselves with horrible results and so they had to also strip and then stain. Mixed leather paint color on the spot and the and quot;color matchand quot; was just amazing. Stayed over 3 hours and worked hard to blend in original color with newly made color stain. It looks like a brand new couch and chair, and we are just thrilled. Found the company on Angie's List and this company gets at A+ from this household. Worth every penny and will recommend any time. Linda and Tom L.

The two gentlemen were very careful transporting my leather pieces to and from their shop. The work was done in the time that they estimated , two weeks. I was fearful that the leather was too worn to be refurbished, but all the pieces came back like new!

Mike Turner and one other person from Total Leather Care came on time. They
restored everything ahead of schedule and did a great job.
The work involved matching the dye on some sections and conditioning
everything. We did not know they could make our 25 year old furniture look so good or that they could do a perfect color match on our cream colored sectional. They exceeded expectations. We recommend they without hesitation.

Our leather furniture, although of good quality, was looking very worn after 10 years. We considered replacing the furniture, but decided first to see if it could be refinished. The result was amazing. All cracks, cat scratches and worn areas have been repaired. It looks like new. Mike is certainly an expert in his field.

My very good leather chair and ottoman was faded,cracked,scratched and had pet stains. I had two estimates and his was the most expensive, however we felt he really had the experience and knowledge to do the best work. When he returned them, We could not believe how beautiful they looked. They look brand new. The leather is soft and back to its original color. He also replaced the brass nails and retouched the wood feet. We now have anther twenty years to enjoy our favorite chair. I can recommend him to any and all who have leather furniture. He has my highest praise. Michael Turner is unbelievable!

Went well overall. Took about an hour and returned it to almost new. Big improvement over its recent appearance.

While no guaranty could be provided that the leather would not tear in the future, the work was very professional and the chair looks almost like new. The price was fair considering the repair person came to our home and spent almost 2 hours on the job.

They made my 25 year old chair look like new. They cleaned it every 6 months to freshen it up and they made it look amazing. They took really good care of my antique leather chair and always satisfied me with their great work. I would recommend these guys to anybody who needs leather pieces fixed. I don't remember the price.
