Everything was good. She was very thorough. She spent a lot of time at the house and explained a lot of stuff to me.

Krista was professional and friendly. She did not find mold but did find a high humidity / water content in the particle board on her testing meter. She explained what I could do and actually charged me much less that her quote on the phone because she did not find mold.

Krista came out; she was professional and friendly. She came in and did her job and called me 2 days later to give me the good news that I did not have any mold. She went around the house and took 3 different air samples. She were checking for the spores.

Rafael Santiago, the owner himself took the call and immediately set the appointment to inspect the damages and gave me an estimate. The damages were carefully assessed, the procedure was explained to me and the remediation crew arrived promptly at the time promised. They were courteous, efficient and were very careful to protect the floors and furniture and answered all my converns. They built a barrier of plastic to keep the dust from traveling to the other areas. Once the damaged ceiling was opened up. The area was disintected and thorooughly dried, it was ready for reconstruction.
For that part of the job, I have many praises for the construction manager, David Gutlas. He gave me a fair estimate of the work that needed to be done, checked the progress daily and made sure everything was replaced back to its original state. Dozen recessed lights, 2 hanging light fixtures and 2 Bose speakers. The workmanship and service were excellent and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for any kind of remediation as this company is the BEST.
