It went extremely well. The problem was resolved in a very quick manner and everything is working as it should.

He was offering the latest solar systems for the pool. He came out again and explained everything out to how long it would take, different options on the number of panels that we could have, what we would normally need and if we wanted additional panels for faster heating, which we actually did incorporate into the offer. They were able to come out and in a span of one day, put in a solar heating for our pool. Our pool guy has recommended them, that he had worked with them on the past on different pools that he actually cleaned.

Brandon and Greg have been very efficient, responsive, spend the time to explain all of the equipment and what they are doing. They are very easy to work with. We enjoyed the warm pool day and night into November. It will be warm again in April.

This is one of those on again, off again, on again sorts of jobs where we wanted to install a system, then waited through the winter, then resumed at onset of spring. Notwithstanding, Brandon Chase, the owner of Sunchaser solar, was willing to pick up where we initially left off, and fully maintained his commitment to his original price. We shopped for over 5 vendors for our solar pool heating system. What brought us to Sunchaser was our pool service guy's recommendation, Sunchaser's membership to IPSSA (Pool Servicers Association), and his reasonable price. He was very straightforward and up front. He did not go through a sales shpeel of, "My solar panels are the best". He simply showed what the EcoSun panels could do and backed it up with a warranty. We finally settled upon a price, and I gave Brandon the green light to install the system. They completed all work within a day and a half. The guys working the job were professional and personable. To this day, the system works like a charm, and we're getting 84+ degree water now that summer's around the corner. My only stone to throw would be that I called Brandon a couple of times in which he returned my call 3 or more days later. Fortunately, these were more "informational" types of calls I made while we were specking out the system. He's also a little hard to get a hold of via email, again along those "informationally" sort of lines. Yet, there were other times when he called me back within 24 hours. That variance in response times and best method of contact is why I assigned a fair grade above. Let me assure, however, that the other aspects of his work more than make up for this area of improvement. All and all, I would recommend SunChaser to those who want to install a solar water/pool heating system. He's involved with the local pool servicers group, he's got a good product, he's got a good price, he's licensed, and he's professional. Nice suite of characteristics and worthy of Angie's List praise.

THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE AND HONEST. THEY INSPECTED OUR OLD SOLAR PANEL ON OUR ROOF THAT WAS INSTALLED WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1979, AND REPORTED THAT IT WAS FUNCTIONAL, AND THE BEST WAY TO MAXIMIZE IT'S BENEFITS. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THEM TO UPSELL US ON A NEW, BETTER OR 'MORE EFFICIENT' MODEL. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!
