Mr. Bailey came during the hottest part of the summer to diagnose our AC which had gone out. Replaced a capacitor and a service charge for 130.00 He could have told me the unit needed replacement for all I know. A very honest businessman. Just referred him to a friend. I like a one man business. Honest and quality work.

Steve was great. Showed up on time. We discussed the problem and estimate repairs. He found the problem and fixed it and recharged the system. Great guy, knows his stuff and gets it done. I would not hesitate the call him again.

We highly recommend Steve Bailey's a/c & heating. He was referred to us by a friend who owns several rental properties and has used Steve for all his a/c and heating issues. We used Steve when he was first starting out over 20 years ago for a stove repair in a rental property we own. Since then, his business has grown considerably. We can see why....he is honest and does excellent work.

The service went fine. The repairs were done quickly and the air conditioner turned on immediately. The area was left in a very neat condition.
