QUALITY SUNROOM

When Hal arrived, I showed him the photo of a sunroom we liked from a brochure we'd obtained from another sunroom company. Hal looked at the termite-damaged room we wanted replaced, then gave us a verbal estimate. He assured us that he could build the same sunroom as shown in the other company's brochure, but for much less. Although Hal was friendly, we were not comfortable with his casual business manner, and decided to continue pursuing more estimates. Ultimately, we chose another company to do our project because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List, their numerous BBB awards, and the helpfulness and professionalism of their representative and staff.

SIGNED THE CONTRACT 6/28/05 AND WAS TOLD BY SALESMAN WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED BY LABOR DAY. DID NOT COMPLETE UNTIL 9/21/05. WORKMEN WERE VERY GOOD BUT ONLY WORKED SHORT HOURS. I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHEN WE WOULD FINALLY BE DONE. FELT THE SALESMAN TOLD US WHAT WE WANTED TO GET THE JOB AND ONLY CALLED WHEN A PAYMENT WAS NEEDED. THE COMPANY NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INQUIRIES.

SKYLIGHTS LEAK, BUT THE SUNROOM IS GREAT. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP ON THE ROOM AND DOOR INSTALLATIONS TO THE HOUSE.
