+ -1 morePlease see above! Carlos made sure each cycle and the pump, heat, etc. were working properly, and gave me advice on how to use my appliance to maximize its effectiveness. Great job! I got a referral through my home warranty company, and was very pleased.
Description of Work: Carlos was extremely courteous, pleasant, and experienced. He thoroughly checked my dishwasher, which had been underperforming, and which also needed new racks. He gave me a real education on how the dishwasher worked, what kind of soap to use, ran an entire cycle, and made sure everything was working properly. He then ordered the new racks I needed and I should receive them next week. Customer service, Laura, was also pleasant and prompt. She kept me advised as to timing and what was going on with the service call. So far, really great. I recommend them highly. Carlos is an expert in GE appliances.
