I had a garden service weekly for over 10 yrs, until his retirement. I have since hired and was impressed and shocked by how much they accomplished in just 2 visits of 2 hrs each. Our 2/3 acre has never looked been taken care of. The crew was the hardest working I have ever seen. More than satisfied, these guys are worth every penny. Thanks!

They did a great job on a property that REALLY needed a lot of work. There were weeds knee-high all over the place. There was trash mixed in with the debris and weeds. Trees needed work and everything needed pruning. There was a trash-out company that hauled away junk and there was some overlap between trashing the yard out and the landscaping itself! But Mueller was very cool to not say anything like and quot;this part here belongs to the trash guysand quot; or anything - they just worked and worked hard.
I just referred another client to them today to tend to a diseased tree in the front yard in Clairemont.
Regarding the job this referral is for, I think this was the total cost but can't remember because we had so much work to do and lots of invoices. But I do know they worked for two days and I think even came back one more time. There may have been one more small invoice but no matter what, the cost was REASONABLE and my seller was HAPPY!
It's a family business and to me that still matters. I will hire Mueller Landscaping for any future listing projects where we need help with the yard or trees. Thank you, Mueller Family!

"Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the poor service you received during the 2 ½ months you had service with us. There was a mistake that we corrected after the second visit with regard to the amount of time they were to spend on the property. I called and left you a message on your voicemail on May 16th to talk about the “time budget” mistake on the route sheet and the fertilizer you requested from the crew. I never heard back from you, but I increased your time per visit. With regard to the weedeater being used on plants, we use Stihl combi units for our weedeater and hedge trimmer. When we first started using these tools years ago, we would occasionally get the same reaction. It is essentially a hedgetrimmer attached to a weedeater shaft. It allows the crew to have a much farther reach without having to use a ladder and saves on back pain by eliminating the need to crouch down to shape lower shrubs. Your comments will make us a better Company. We strive for good communication and customer satisfaction.
