KOSTOS TREE SERVICE

I have a very large Tipu tree that was overhanging my neighbors' yard and I was concerned that limbs might break if I didn't get some of the wieght off them. I got two estimates of which John Kostos's estimate was $150 higher than the other guy. However, I liked John and he had much more experience than the other guy. He knew exactly what was needed and was willing to send out six workers to do the job quickly. I asked John if he would negotiate the price with me considering that his estimate was higher than the other one. He declined. On the agreed upon day, John's crew showed up on time and went right to work. They were professional, safe, and careful to avoid damage to my fence, plants, and sprinkler heads. John joined his crew and directed their efforts. It was a big job but with six workers, they finished in about four hours. They did a very nice job of cleaning up both my yard and my neighbors yard. My tree looks great.

Kostos was on time to give me an estimate, and once we agreed on the price, they promised to call to tell me when they would be coming -and they did. I told them it was all right to do the job when I wasn't home as there is access to the yard. I thought they did a nice job, and they cleaned up so well that I hardly knew they had been there. They even repositioned my bird feeder, as requested, when the job was done!

THIS WAS A HARD, DIRTY JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, WORKED HARD AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.
