JIM SOUTHWARD BACKHOE SERVICES

Jim arrived at agreed upon time at 9:00 A.M. He promptly unloaded his back-hoe equipment and started working on removing large tree stump on West side of house. Next he removed the seven large sized Oleander bushes in the front yard. After removing all the bushes and root systems in the front yard, Jim proceeded to the back yard where he finished removing five more tree stumps and root systems. Now that the removals where all complete he graded the dirt on the East side of the house. Once grading was complete Jim then back filled all the areas where bushes and stumps where removed. All the bushes and stumps where stockpiled on the agreed location in my backyard for me to have easy access to dispose of them.Lastly Jim cleaned up any remaing debris loaded up his equipment and was done with the job.
