Excellent. Jeff, the technician, arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and explained things about the units that I did not know. He changed out the filter on the heater and found that a wire to the A/C had been cut resulting in no air conditioning at all, just circulating air. He fixed that problem at no charge. I am completely satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again. I am considering a yearly contract.
