Although Evolution Home Theater specializes in full home theater installations Shawn was not too proud to work with me on what was a simple job for him. I could not have gone to a big box store and handled the replacement myself. Shawn is knowledgeable, professional and patiently explained (in layman's terms) the functional changes that would be made to my remote so I would know how to operate it. I chose to replace the DVD player with a Blu-Ray player and he explained its benefits over DVD and its simple operation as well. He also corrected an annoying programming glitch in the remote control that we had been experiencing ever since it was originally purchased in 2006. It was very nice to have someone kindly and effectively explain high-tech subjects without the condescending tone I've experienced on other occasions.
