land surveyor
+ -1 moreElliott May is the owner and he operates it independently. I had a bad experience with him. He knew what he was doing, but he had surveyed a property for me to develop. At the final meeting, when I was just supposed to pick up the drawings and everything was supposed to be done, he gave me information that changed me to have to redo the whole plan. Then he charged me completely full price for doing it all over again. I paid him because things were so busy at that time and it was going to take me longer to go and find somebody else; so I had to pay him twice. He was very arrogant and didn't seem to have any sense of responsibility.
