This is the third time I've used Easy Open Door, Randy, Michelle, and the whole team is awesome. The door came exactly as expected, looks amazing and the installers didn't rush to get it done and leave. Instead, they took their time, added little extras to make the work perfect, and even threw in a few extra handles for easier use. Overall great experience would recommend over and over again!

They came the next day to install the new garage door opener (I bought it at Home Depot). The tech was super friendly, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me constantly. And it was way cheaper than I expected! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

The technician lubricated everything, checked the function of the mechanics and it works great. The company had a special going on at the time so I purchased a keypad that was installed. It is wonderful. Now I don't have to carry a key with me every time I go for a walk.

Great! They arrived on time, did what we asked, provided a checklist of the work done (inspection, testing) and it took an hour. We'll definitely call them in the future.

They came and fixed it. They were very good. I would give them all A's in every category. I was very pleased with everything especially the price. You never get anything here for $59. They were very very good. I would use them again.

First of all, when I called I was able to reach the owner, Michele, immediately. She explained their fees for service and I booked an appointment. The representative, Jorge, was punctual and he identified the problem in the first 5 minutes (misaligned safety sensors). He adjusted them and then completed a tune up on the door. It now works perfectly and runs quite a bit quieter.

Good. The secretary actually diagnosed the problem over the phone. The guy that repaired it was fast, efficient, and explained the work needed ahead of time.

He did a great job installing everything as expected! And the price was great! It was about 75% of what Garage Door Medics had quoted for the exact same service.

We ordered the door style we had chosen (Clopay has a great website and distribution center you can visit). We also ordered Liftmaster wifi openers that are very quiet. All came in the 3 weeks time period as promised. One worker installed both doors and openers; took all day. Removed all debris from old doors/openers; instructed us on how to use them. The batteries were missing and were delivered a few days later. We are VERY pleased with the new look they give the house. The added insulation in the new doors also helps keep garage and house much cooler. Easy Open was great to work with.

Discovered broken spring at 7 AM. Called Easy Open at 8 AM and arranged an appointment between 1-3 PM that day and received a cost estimate,. Repairman arrived as scheduled, after calling to say he was on the way. Repair was completed promptly and the Angie's List coupon ($25) was applied to the bill. Repairman also checked out entire opening mechanism and lubricated all moving parts.

Michelle was great at getting me scheduled according to my tight time frame. Many options were given in a variety of price ranges and I'm so happy with the door I chose. Installation was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker and we were just about to close escrow on my clients property when her garage door spring broke, literally as she moved the last of her property out of the garage. Of course she wanted to get the garage door fixed immediately for the buyers as the buyers were going to be moving in right after close of escrow and they needed a working garage door. I called for my elderly parents, they couldn't get their garage door open. Bryan came by discovered it was a broken spring and repaired the problem as well as giving them additional information. He was very helpful, and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone who is having problems with their garage door. Very happy with their service.

Our garage door wouldn't open this morning when it was working just fine the night before. I called the company that installed new rollers two years ago and explained that the green light was flashing on our wall unit and the remotes were not operating. They told me that this indicated that the motor was about to go out. and they would send a tech right over. I decided to check Angieslist of Garage Door Opener companies and found Easy Open Door Company with lots of customer satisfaction reviews. It may have been Michele who answered the phone, but she told me that someone in the household had accidentally hit the lock button that it deactivates the remotes (like a vacation mode). Hold the lock again and the remotes will work again. Voila. That fixed the problem. I now have a new garage door company next time I have a real problem with ours. After my garage door totally stopped working (wouldn't open/close) I called this company thinking that I needed a whole new opener. Miles came out and figured out that the circuit breaker had gone off - there wasn't anything wrong with the opener. After that was fixed, he did general maintenance on the door and opener.
