After the staff spent over an hour with us,researching the items we wanted to purchase and providing us with printouts of the items, etc, and offering us their expert opinions on the differences between the items, we selected two items to purchase.  The staff was extremely professional and did not try to pressure us into a sale.  We have used this business for about two years, both with purchases and auctions and have never had a bad experience with them.  They are very knowledgeable, reasonable and very pleasant to work with.
