No problems...they said it was tricky, but they did a great job.

It went well. I later learned that instead of a rectangular mirror (3" from the walls" they could have made the mirror slightly irregular to parallel the wall.

It went great, I would them again in a heart beat.

Couldn't have been better.    Holly at the office was friendly and helpful in scheduling our service.   The service tech called my cell to let us know he was on his way, and arrived on schedule.    He had everything necessary on his truck to replace the non-tempered window in the kitchen on the spot -- on the first visit -- and measured and ordered tempered glass for the bathroom for the next visit.   A few days later, Holly called again to schedule the bathroom installation.   Again, this all went very smoothly.
Scott was the technician who arrived on both occasions to handle the glass work.   Polite, friendly, professional, and diligent in prepping the windows as needed, and then installing the new glass.   He also carefully cleaned up, inside and out, and left us in ship shape.
I hate to say it, but it's rare to receive this high level of professional service, for any price;  even better when the prices are reasonable, as they were in this case, and just as quoted in the first place.

It went great.  I called them on 12/12, the day the break occurred.  Mike was very nice and told me that because it is a dual pane window that they would have to order it and it would take a few days, but he would send someone out to take measurements that day.  Frank came out even though it was raining, took measurements and taped the break so air wouldn't leak in.  The window came in yesterday and Scott came out this morning to do the install.  He did very good work and it went very quickly.  The price was exactly what Mike had originally quoted me over the phone.  I would definitely call these guys again!

They did a fine job

Came home from work to shattered glass in the master bedroom slider. At 5:10 pm I called several companies. They were either closed or could not come out. Best Value answered the phone! They checked their stock and had the right size glass. The glazier was on another job, but I was told that he would be at my house when he finished there. Mike the installer was great and left the work area spotless. I was so happy! I rated N/A on the price as I was unable to comparison shop. As a female, it was important to feel secure in my home that night and their services were greatly appreciated! I will use them again.

My experience with Best Value Glass was great. I had a broken window glass replaced. The worker
showed up in the time they told me. He was very professional and the work was done quickly. The
glass was so clean I couldn't tell it was replaced. Also the estimate I got on the phone was the
same after the work was done. No surprises there. I would use them again

Best Value Glass responded with a representative immediately and gave me an estimate. Next day they returned with the perfect match in color (grey) and installed the new window. Work was done quickly and looks great. Workers were very efficient and professional.

It was wonderful. The work and the price stood out. I used them another time in a residential home for shower doors and they did a good job there too.

Excellent work and it transformed the space. Not sure if price was high or low ,but probably normal for the quality of this job.

The men arrived and proceed to remove broken window. Frame was then taken out to their truck where a new window was cut to fit. Window was then replaced. Area was cleaned and then the Window was cleaned.

They came out the same day to make the repair, after calling to confirm a half-hour window. Repair was performed quickly and appears to be done well. Total bill was just as originally estimated on the phone.

I called the Best Value after seeing their A ratings of Angies List, the company was quick to answer the call and schedule a convenient time for the repair. I was quoted a price of 250.00 because Best Value thought by the size of the slider it may take two men to do the job. The company arrived as scheduled and were very professional. Because the job actually only took 1 man to do the job they dropped the price to 150.00.
The slider is located at a rental property. The company allowed me to pay over the phone after the repair via credit card. This experience was so pleasant that I would recommend this company to anyone for their home or rental properties. Their honesty in the pricing made me a true fan. My tenant says the slider works PERFECTLY and they are very happy. Call them for your repair work, you won't be dissapointed.

Called Best Value Glass. A very courteous person gave me a quote after askong a few questions,e.g. size, dual pane, tint, etc. Appointment for measurement was set. Person arrived ontime, very courteous promising install a week out. Called 3 days later with news that the glass had arrived ahead of schedule and ready for installation which was done within 20 minutes of arrival. Glass polished clean. Great job.

Unfortunately the initial service person failed to measure the door accurately, as a result the replacement glass was the wrong size and we were unable to have the door repaired at the scheduled time. New glass had to be ordered, which unfortunately could not be installed prior to our departure on holiday. It was agreed they would hold the new glass for us, and install it on our return. This was done to our satisfaction.

I removed the window and took it to the store. They measured the glass and ordered it. They called a week later when the glass came in. I took the window back and they repleced the glass in half a day. They were easy to deal with and did what they promised. I was very satisfied with the result.
