+ -1 moreSomething has happened to this business. It used to be a good one but has really gone down hill. We scheduled the tree service to trim 5 large eucalyptus trees. They were scheduled to come out last Saturday to do the work. They didn't show so I called Cody (the foreman). He gave me a story that there was an emergency and they had to remove a fallen tree off a road in north county. He guaranteed they would be out the next morning. The next day no one showed or even called to say why they weren't coming. I've had problem like this with them before....not showing or returning calls. I am totally fed up with their operation and will never use them again. They are very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Trimming 5 large eucalyptus trees on our property.
