I schedule an appointment one day after my call to Dean.
He show up just in time, explain the options and the repair he propose and went right to work.
the work was done in time, everything is working perfect for 1/4 of what I thought I will spend on the repair and I have a new contractor I will recommand to any of my friends and will use in the future.
Dean is honest, hard working and you get the best deal for your money.

He was able to come out right away. He showed my that the installer had put in "cheap" 5 year springs and he replaced them with 15 year springs. I wish the installer had given me the option to put 15 year springs in. Great guy, repaired the spings quickly.
