The prices was lower than Lloyd's and Terminix. I expected them to show up in the morning, but we were the last stop of the day. The crew was professional. I was supposed to have shed tented too, but I did not notice it was not on the final work order. We settled for spot treatments when the worker returned to do the subterranean treatment.

It took a few visits (within 30-day warranty period), but successfully got rid of the gopher(s). I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. Reasonable pricing, and same technician each time (who was prompt). I am even switching over to them for my routine pest control services.

Eventually OK. But it took an extended period. The signed agreement was they would set traps and check them every other day. They checked them at weekly intervals - thus dead rodents were in patio traps for days after caught with accompanying smells. Profuse apologies when we called after first week, said it would be corrected, and then same thing happened again. After 2 weeks and 2 visits, they said they would do it one more time and them filled in suspected lairs.

I have been using AG Pest Control for about 4 years for routine pest and gopher control. I have also used them to tent and fumigate my house back in 2013. Because we have a dog we need a appt every time AG pest treats the yard. They usually give us a 1 or 2 hour window of arrival and have so far always been here within the time frame.  The techs are friendly and professional.  We started with AG Pest for gopher control and had to have an initial clean-out treatment of once a week for 4 weeks for a one time price and now I pay  quarterly for pest and gopher control.  I thing I like about this service is when the gophers are active and new mounds appear i call them and with a day or two the service tech is out here to treat the area. I am very happy with AG Pest Control.

they arrived on time, very though and took there time locating where the problem was then took care of the roches. while they were here thy also helped me with a single rat problem by setting a bate trap.

Both times company came out, did the job. The guarantee is for 30 days, and both times a few gophers came back. The company was called, additional treatment was done promptly and gophers didn't come back (2nd time--we are still within 30 days).
They use a chemical that they put into the ground and then water--I guess it turns to gas. So you need to keep kids/pets away for a bit. They also recommend some more watering on your own.

Robert is an awesome tech! We live on a canyon so we occasionally get gophers. He has been to our house four times. APC will get someone out to you in a day or two. Robert is professional, friendly, and good at what he does. He will treat the problem area and if you have any more gopher activity in he next 30 days, he'll return and re-treat the area - no additional charge.

They came back and retreated. He showed up one more time. I haven't seen them for over a month. They had a quick response time. They gave a good quote over the phone. They came right out and explained the process very well. They did the work quickly, and they said I could call them back in the next 4-6 weeks if I had a problem. I called him, and he was back out here a couple of hours later. I haven't seen the gopher since.

They just walked around and sprayed. Then they had to come one more time because there were flees left. After that there was no much problem.

Excellent company. The service technician was knowledgeable, personable and experienced in the treatment of elimating small animal habitats under the eaves of my house. Also, their bid was reasonable and a fraction of another bid I received for the same job. I was very pleased that the work was done the same day as the estimate. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Josh is a pleasant guy to communicate with and stands behind his words. We had to call the company for post-tenting service and was happy how the company treats previous customers. Highly recommended!

Don was here on time and very honest /professional. He didn't try to sell us any unnecessary services. I will definitely use them again.

They spray around the outside of the house 4 times a year. I can call them if I see anything inside. I used their services for the first time when I had a dog and there were fleas inside. So, they got rid of the fleas and we also had silver fish in the kitchen cabinets which they got rid of. They come out every 3 months. They walk around the outside of the house and spray around the doors as well as the garage openings. They also leave me a bill in the mail box and I send them a cheque later on. We haven't had any fleas or any problems since they first came out and sprayed. They were the best in terms of price that I could get about 2 years ago, as they gave me the cheapest estimate at that time. The quality of their work has been excellent, as we haven't had anything other than flies come in. However, we haven't had anything crawl into our house. I have a regular contract with them. It's not a problem when I am not at home, as they don't come inside. They have me on a schedule. They sometimes come in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. We were away the last time when they came in. They asked me to call them up if I saw any more silver fish in the kitchen when they sprayed for the first time. They came back a week later, as I did see some silver fish and did some more spraying. That's the only time that they had done anything other than the scheduled maintenance. Their responsiveness to my needs was excellent and they came out when they were in the neighborhood the next time. They are very professional. They are careful about spraying just right around the outside of the house and don't go out into the yard. I would continue to use their services, as I haven't had any problems with them.

The service was performed as expected with complete professionalism. We haven't had a recurrence of the roach problem in the last 1+ year. I would use these folks again. They charged only half what the big-name exterminators were asking for (about $300).

They came out and did a great job for me. The technician was very attentive and noticed and brought to our attention a few problems in the back yard but did not try to sell us on additional services. The prices were fair and we did find cheaper companies but they were the most reputable.

I called many more well-known companies in the area, but they all wanted us to sign a contract for multiple applications per year. This is the only company that tells you that it's only needed once/year and that it works. They are absolutely right. We have been fighting ants for years on our own, but gave in last summer and called AgPest. There is a 30-day guarantee so they will come back as many times as it takes to get rid of the problem. We did see more ants after the initial spray, so they came out a 2nd time free of charge and problem solved. Over 1 year later, the ants were back again, and so we gave them another call. We also mentioned silverfish inside our home. The agent on the phone said it was included, but when the exterminator arrived, he said it was an extra charge, but because of the confusion he did not charge us this time. The ants are gone and the silverfish, too.

They came the same day at the appropriate time. They found the dead animal and removed it. He then went on the roof to make sure there were no openings, to make sure the house was properly sealed. He advised that I search for holes in my foundation. The price was what they quoted me over the phone.

They were punctual and professional. We are so glad we checked Angie's List and then called Agricultural because they were highly rated... We have not had a bad experience with any of the service providers that we have "vetted" through Angie's List. Thanks Angie!! jk

Bees had built a hive inside the wall of my duplex. I was on a tight schedule so it meant a lot that Toby arrived on time for the estimate. He told me that the stucco had to be cut out, then the hive removed, then insulation packed in the wall so there wouldn't be a place for the bees to rebuild a hive. Then the stucco needed to be patched and painted. I agreed to the estimate, signed the paperwork. He got his ladder out, began the work. When I returned the next day the job had been completed. The re-stuccoing and painting were perfect. The bees are gone. My tenant was very happy at the promptness and skill of the work.
