Advantage Garage Doors

Alex serviced my automatic garage door. My door began freezing up, stopping halfway up. I had had it serviced about 3 years before & figured it was time for another service. I remember paying around $75 & was looking for something less expensive so I started looking around. I called 3 different places & they all gave me the same price. The 4th place, Advantage Garage Doors, I spoke with Alex, he gave me the same price to service, $75, but he asked me a lot of questions & seemed more interested in trying to figure out what the problem was than just sell me on a possible repair/unit replacement. We set an appointment for the following morning & he was right on time. That is not why I am writing this review. He did an incredibly thorough job. He checked every little thing, tightened every screw on each of the door panel hinges, replaced a few as well, greased all the hinges, in addition to servicing & greasing the entire system, he also fixed the light at the top of the motor that kept shorting out. He checked & re-checked everything. It was clear to me in the 1st 15mins that Alex is a perfectionist. He called me later that day to ask if everything was okay & if all 3 of my remotes were working okay, which they were. He is a clean cut together guy that does an awesome job. I will recommend Advantage Garage Doors to family, friends, co-workers, & neighbors.
