This was the best contractor experience we have had in many years. Abe and his crew are honest and thoughtful. They provide advice without being pushy. When we ran into some 'issues' because after the old floor was removed we found that the cement was not level, they gave us several options. We ended up pouring new cement to level it properly. The problem delayed the installation by one day, but it was definitely worth the wait, and they worked all weekend to accomodate us. Long days. They didn't take payment for their labor until we were completely satisfied and the job was finished. Our room has complex corners, nothing is square, and their cuts on both the tile and the baseboards were impeccable. We're saving up to have them back again for our next project.
