I contacted the company through their email. Cheryl in the office responded quickly. They were flexible with arranging time to come out. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did a wonderful job. After they left, I found one tiny window that didn't get cleaned. I emailed Cheryl and she arranged for them to come right out and do that window. In the meantime it rained, and then it looked like 3 other little windows were not clean - although I was sure they were cleaned that first day. They came out to clean the one tiny window that was not clean, and they re-cleaned the 3 windows that were dirty - probably from the rain.
I was very happy with the work and especially with the follow-up. My home look so clean with sparkling clean windows; especially those cathedral high windows!!!!
I highly recommend them and will use them again myself.
