Gate turned out exactly as we wanted it and looks beautiful and works great we cant be happier.

Their prices are right and that is why I use them. They are prompt and on time. They just do a good job. They are very thorough.

David is great!  He is customer centric, thoughtful, and great communication! We’ve been working with him and continue to work with him on an annual gate maintenance package. He is an incredible at what he does, and we have worked with a few others. He is someone you stay in contact with and I wouldn’t have anyone else do this for us!

The job went well.....not the most affordable company...but it's difficult to find reliable service for motorized driveway gates.

AAA came out to understand what was needed and provide an estimate. At the same time, the representative checked our other gates and railings, providing useful information about those. The estimate was promptly provided.

As a four unit condo, we then had quite a bit of back and forth regarding details, as each unit owner had concerns. All of this was done easily and expeditiously by email. We finally settled on the details, got a final estimate, and gave the go ahead. A 50% deposit was required and there was a legal page that had no effect in our case, but was somewhat troubling, as it appeared to make us liable if any subcontractors weren't paid by AAA; I'm not a lawyer and might have misunderstood the document.

AAA came out again to measure everything with greater precision. They fabricated the gate elsewhere, then installed it on the date promised. We found we needed it adjusted for closing speed and resistance, and AAA came back out and did that (no charge).

I do not like construction projects, as they almost always take too long, have hidden costs, or present unanticipated problems. This project went perfectly.

They also do maintenance on garage gates (for the cars) and I plan to switch our preventive maintenance to AAA if I can get the other units to agree.

If only all service companies were this wonderful!  David (the owner) is a wealth of knowledge and helped solve our incessant issues with our (2) gates. Not only did he know exactly what needed to be done, he also gave us suggestions/advice on how we can troubleshoot future problems we may experience.  Truly AAA+!

The quote ended up being a few hundred more because we added more feet (about 20) to the original quote to cover-up my neighbors unattractive fence line. David did the majority of the fine touch work on his own, provided us with his metal artwork for us as a family to paint and place on the fence, and his team of one to three guys really worked fast once they got the wholes dug. I have many people that come by in amazement with such a heavy gate being held up without a wheel, but I show them how it is structurally supported by an inside steel gate that David designed and installed. The look is seamless and we could not be happier. In fact, my wife and I dropped over $0k on this first home purchase for renovations and I would have to say that David was by far our most favorite contractor to work with.

Our electric gate got caught on something in the mechanism. We could not fix it ourselves and called several dealers. We liked the responsiveness and knowledge shown by David Kassel. We arranged a time for the appointment and he showed up on time and fixed the problem. We plan to use him again in the future if we have another problem.

Our electronic vehicle and pedestrian gates stopped working. I was unsuccessful getting the manufacturer (Sentex) to offer any solution. I found A Access Automation & Gate on Angie's List and David came over within hours of my call. He troubleshooted the problem and gave me the various options to fix the gates and submitted a written quote. We decided to install a new telephone entry system as the old one had been discontinued. He ordered it and promptly installed the unit. He was efficient and a delight to work with. He went out of his way to make sure the unit was working properly and went over to the fire department to ensure that the fire box was functioning. He even went over the operator's manual with me. Where can you find that type of customer service anymore? While he was repairing our gate, he noticed my neighbor's electronic gate was not working and promptly fixed their gate as well. I called him a few weeks later to make a minor adjustment and he immediately returned my call and came back, made the adjustment and did not charge me. I would highly recommend David as he is very proficient in what he does and goes out of his way to please his customers.

Wonderful! Our gate was rusted in many spots and it was starting to cause permanent damage. I called David and he came out immediately and gave me a quote on it. His guys started the job the next day. He was able to match the paint color to the original. They worked hard to finish the project and they were extremely neat and tidy. David is great to work with and you can see he really wants to please his customers.

This is the best company. We moved into a new home and realized that the electronic gate did not have an access box for entry for the fire department. After seeing the great reviews on Angie's List, I called David and he came out right away and quoted me what we needed. Since our telephone entry system is on the pedestrian gate, he checked with our fire department and found out that we would need to install the firebox next to the car access gate. He promptly ordered the parts and installed the complete system. For the area that I wanted the post installed, he needed to dig and add concrete. He did not even charge me for the extra heavy duty post that he put in. He followed up with the fire department and set up an appointment for them to check it and ensure it would work in case of emergency. He really goes out of his way to service his customers.

Then one day, I received an email from David Kassel from Access Automation and Gate wanted to help without any service charge after reading my complaint. David came out to my property only two days later after we spoke on the phone for the first time. He was very knowledgeable about my gates, even though they were quite outdated. He was professional and prompt yet very personable. He got his hands dirty and worked hard. Once he was done, my gates worked! Also he treated the metal rails and gates, which had been eroded by ocean air. Then he ordered another logic board for the other gate for me since the other company took mine away. A few days later, David came back with new one, and then he fixed the other gate, too. It looked so easy. But I know that it was not at all. In fact, I had several contractors to come out for the gates before but they all said it was too old to fix, or impossible to do. What David did was beyond my expectation. He was so genuine, and had a big heart.
