SPECTRUM CLEANING SVC

Description of Work: This is a three bedroom house that is very clean to start with and had been cleaned two weeks prior. No shoes, two bathrooms. Two girls arrived late, took time getting their stuff in and moved slowly. They didn't polish the chrome on the facuets - water marks, put the pillows on the sofa backwards and sideways, didn't dust the mantle (tests put in place), left a lamp shade tipped a lot. Wiped down the refrigerator which dripped when opened. Moved coffee table and didn't move back to original position. Very disappointing for the price. Pushed wires around and broke one in bedroom. My great house cleaner left to go back to school for the summer and the most I ever paid was $60 for two hours. This was a not so great job for what is estimated to be $120. I have no idea because I am to get a bill. With two people, it should have been $60. I have a bad back so the poor work and especially the not put back coffee table (with the padding rippled) was annoying. I had to get my neighbor to come by and help get it back. I am not going to pay the full price for this work. They did clean the counters and did an ok job on the bathtub and pergo floors.
