I checked in at the front desk and was given paperwork to fill out as I was a new patient. I wasn't even done filling out the first paper when I was already called back to the room. Her nurse asked questions, and entered data into the computer, took vitals and information about why I was there. Then Dr. Spohn came in and she helped take off my shoes, as I have trouble reaching down to do that, examined my feet, asked about my symptoms, performed a vibration test on my feet, performed range of motion movements on my feet, and asked about x-rays. She recommended getting copies of the x-rays from my previous provider to bring to her and highly recommended that I see an internist, as the problem seemed to be neurological in her opinion. She helped me get my shoes back. It was less than 30 minutes of time I spent for the visit, including wait time. I was very pleased that I did not have to sit in a waiting room forever, or an examining room forever to wait to be seen.
Description of Work: I was referred to a podiatrist for problems I was having in my foot. Dr. Spohn was a delight to speak with, upbeat, happy and spoke to me in terms I could understand. She immediately determined that I was actually having some neurological issues and referred me to an internist right away.
