+ -1 moreTerrible inspection. The inspector listed issues that were not even in our house. He obviously took boiler plate verbiage and tried to make fit our home. We had to have a second inspection to clear up erroneous claims.

Description of Work: We were impressed with Amerispec. We were able to schedule an inspection on a tight timeline; and our inspector was prompt, thorough, friendly, and professional. At the conclusion of the inspection, he explained what was occurring with the home we were purchasing. Then we received a comprehensive report less than a week later. We were very happy with their service.

The inspector (Ed) was thorough, and responsive, and asked me to let him know if I had any questions, even if they came days after the inspection. I received electronic (pdf) and printed copies of the inspection detailed report quickly.
